Refund Policy

I have put my heart into every bag I have ever made. If for any reason you are not completely happy with yours, I want to make it right.

Returns
You may return your bag within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please send me an email first and I will guide you through every step.

Refunds
Once I receive and inspect your returned bag, I will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your bag for a different color or style, please contact me and I will do my best to help — while stock lasts.

Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned after 14 days cannot be accepted.

Right of Withdrawal — European Customers
In accordance with European consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.
